It’s that time of year, again: When We all gather to watch The Big Football game on a Sunday AFternoon while chowing down on Wings. If you want Heavenly Buffaloes For the Big Game, We Recommend Ordering ahead Or Picking Up Some of our Take & Bake Wings (Available in quantities of 25). Details and INformation for Pre-Ordering are Below. Please Read Carefully and Check out The f.A.Q. at the Bottom of the Page.

THE DETAILS:

  1. We will begin taking orders at 11 am on Friday, Jan. 23.

  2. Pre-Order by 10 pm Friday, Feb.6

  3. Minimum $50 for all Pre-Orders

  4. Select a Time Slot from those available.

  5. Be Prepared to Provide Contact Information and Payment Details (Required). Payment will be processed on the day of The Big Game.

  6. DON'T PROCRASTINATE. Spots close to Game Time fill up quickly.

  7. Pay Special Attention to which store you're ordering from. (Example: If you order from the Erwin Rd. Store, you must get your order from that store. No exceptions.)

  8. Online Ordering for the Big Game will not be available. All Pre-Orders must be made over the phone or in person at your preferred location.

F.A.Q.:

  • Why should I Pre-Order?

    • Pre-ordering is the only way to guarantee you’ll get Heavenly Buffaloes wings On the day of the Big Football Game. The Bone-In Wings we use are fresh and never frozen, and Pre-Ordering for a big Wing-eating day helps us know how much food to order from our suppliers. For Customers, Pre-Ordering provides a window in which the Food will be REady and helps to prevent unnecessarily long wait times.

  • why are there time slots?

    • This is so we can time everything and make sure that the kitchen is not running over capacity. We know how many wings we can realistically cook within a fifteen-minute period.

    • If we didn’t have time slots, we could easily be overrun with orders close to Game Time (when most of our customers want their wings to be ready).

  • Can I Order on the Day of The Big Game?

    • Yes, but it May be limited to Only Take & BAke options from the hours of 3-8pm unless you have pre-ordered.

  • What is Take & Bake?

    • Fully cooked and seasoned bone-in Wings. They can be finished in the oven, broiler, grill, or air fryer. Your choice of sauces and/or dry rubs comes on the side with your choice of dressing (ranch/blue cheese) and Veggies (Optional). These come in Quantities of 25 Only (choice of up to 2 flavors).

  • Can I Pre-Order Online?

    • No, you cannot.

  • I usually order HeavBuffs Through Doordash/GrubHub/Uber Eats. Can’t I Just Use [Third-Party app] to Order for the Big Game?

    • Ordering via Third-Party Apps will be temporarily disabled on Big Game Sunday.

    • The reason: Because Third-Party Platforms do not give Businesses the ability to control the flow of orders coming in.

    • We have had instances in the past where we received 20 orders in a matter of seconds—far more than the number of orders even the fastest human on our staff would be able to take & process. With orders for the Big Game usually being larger than average, not having the ability to control or manage the flow of orders coming in would result in unacceptably long wait times. Our only way to manage this is for us to temporarily close/disable ordering through These platforms when the demand surpasses restaurant capacity.

  • Can I send my Order in a private message on Instagram, facebook, or Other Social Media?

    • No. We will not be accepting orders through social media.

  • I left a Message on the store’s voicemail. Is that okay?

    • No. We cannot accept orders left on the phone. You must speak with a human on our staff to place your order.
